SAP FICO / S4 HANA Finance Lead

Durham, NC (Hybrid - Local candidates preferred)

* About the Role:

* + We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO / SAP S4 Finance Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in AMS/Support environments. The ideal candidate will lead onshore activities, collaborate closely with offshore teams, and ensure seamless incident and ticket resolution within SLA timelines. This role requires excellent communication and client-facing skills, along with deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Central Finance (CFIN).
** Key Responsibilities*
* + Provide AMS/Support for SAP FICO and S4 Finance applications.
+ Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and change tickets within SLA.
+ Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance various SAP FI modules.
+ Work closely with the offshore team on daily tasks, escalations, and issue resolution.
+ Communicate effectively with business stakeholders as the onshore lead.
+ Support S/4
HANA Finance and Central Finance (CFIN) functionalities.
+ Contribute to continuous process improvements and system stability.
** Must-Have Skills*
* + SAP FICO (Expert level)
+ SAP S/4
HANA Finance
+ Central Finance (CFIN)
+ Strong experience in AMS/Support projects
+ Excellent communication & client-facing skills
** Nice-to-Have Skills*
* + SAP GR (Good Receipt)
+ Experience in consumer industry
+ Experience Required
+ 8-12 years of SAP Finance experience
