The role involves working with human resources decision-makers or benefits managers to design custom programs for clients, providing advice and services including financial education, banking benefits, health-based accounts (like HSAs and FSAs), student debt solutions, earned wage access, and retirement services. The focus is on employing a consultative approach to client management.

Responsibilities include managing relationships with new and existing clients to grow sales, revenue, and market share, typically working with clients of basic risk and complexity levels. The role involves acquiring, expanding, and retaining client relationships, analyzing and negotiating credit and non-credit products, managing risks, and increasing client engagement and loyalty. Building internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones is essential, along with leveraging reporting and sales tools to identify opportunities.

The ability to analyze and mitigate credit risks according to credit fundamentals and policies is required.

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, including a university/college degree with 3+ years of industry experience. Certifications and licenses are not mandatory but may be preferred.
