As an Inside Sales Loan Officer, you'll work in an office environment where leads are provided to you. This is an exciting chance to focus on what you do best: building relationships and helping clients achieve their home ownership goals.

What You'll Do
  • Engage with in-side sales leads and convert opportunities into closed loans
  • Guide clients through the mortgage process with professionalism, care, and Towne Bank Mortgage's personal touch
  • Collaborate with an experienced operations and support team to deliver an exceptional borrower experience
  • Maintain compliance with lending regulations and company policies

Required Skills
  • Has a valid NMLS number.
  • Has at least 1-year experience originating VA, FHA, Conventional and VHDA loans.
  • Has a proven sales record based on closed loan production.
  • Currently possess sources of referral business for purchase transactions.
  • Has a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Has an awareness of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA and VHDA underwriting guidelines
