Senior Tax Analyst

We are recruiting a Sr. Tax Analyst for a growing global company in the Raleigh area. This position plays a key role in federal and state income tax compliance, tax provision reporting, and transfer pricing – providing strong exposure across both domestic and international tax matters.

• Prepare detailed work papers for U.S. federal and state income tax filings.
• Coordinate timing and documentation of all income tax payments and internal reporting requirements. Maintain a comprehensive calendar of U.S. tax deadlines and deliverables.
• Assist with documentation for the R&D tax credit.
• Prepare quarterly and annual tax provision components, including current and deferred tax calculations.
• Post monthly journal entries related to income tax and reconcile tax accounts on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with global tax colleagues on data submission for consolidated financial reporting.
• Calculate periodic transfer pricing adjustments and support year-end processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. CPA is a plus
• 3+ years of tax experience, ideally within a multinational company or public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of U.S. income tax compliance and provision fundamentals.
