This person will be a Lead Financial Advisor with a potential for Partnership in time. We desire an experienced, patient, organized and efficient person who is willing to exceed expectations at any level of task and driven to develop a strong working relationship with our growing team.

Our candidate is articulate, pleasant, dependable and desires an exceptional work culture. Applicant must have a strong capacity to handle varying work tasks including meeting face to face with clients in our office, speaking publicly at events, building financial plans, servicing clients on phone calls, providing exemplary customer service to clients and prospects during in-office visits, calendar management, working with the investment team on recommendations for strategy meetings , critical thinking skills and showing great attention to detail.

Because our environment is fast-paced and we are an innovative and growing company, all of our team members demonstrate the ability to complete tasks with little or no supervision.

We are a full-service Financial firm specializing in those near or in retirement. Our team is comprised of advisors, marketers and client relation specialists. We thrive on success and reward hard work.

9 a.m.– 5 p.m. Monday-Friday

Starting salary range is $100K-$500K , plus full medical and dental benefits and a generous retirement benefit plan. All Holidays off, plus 4 weeks off for vacation -- PLUS a week at Thanksgiving and a week and a half at Christmas.

• Hold your licences in the financial industry including Health and Life Insurances, Series 65 or 66 - additional licenses are appreciated but not required. Do Not Apply if you do not hold the needed licenses.
• Strong understanding of reporting and financial plan building
• Excellent rapport when working with clients and co-workers
• Ability to work independently, good time management and critical thinking
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Superior client relations skills
• Comfortable presenting to clients and prospects in education settings
• Ability to handle client in-bound calls with ease and confidence

• Work with high net worth clients to ensure their retirement is on track
• Building financial reporting models to gauge performance and investment strategies
• Meet face to face with clients in-office or via zoom depending on the day
• Listen to and understand client needs, having the ability to work with those in or near retirement is especially important.
