We are seeking a Licensed Medical Esthetician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly skilled, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional results and service. You’ll provide customized skincare treatments, educate clients on best practices, and contribute to a positive spa environment.

• Perform professional skincare services, including facials, extractions, and customized treatments
• Perform laser treatments, chemical peel, microneedling
• Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses
• Recommend at‑home skincare regimens and products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace
• Build rapport with clients and foster repeat business
• Keep current on skincare trends, tools, and techniques
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client experience

• Valid esthetician license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of two years of experience in a spa or clinical setting
• Laser training and experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and continuous learning
• Professionalism, reliability, and a team‑oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
