QualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB (or exam pending within 30 days).
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) if required by state regulation.
Clear background check.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges.
