• Assist residents with daily living activities including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Follow personalized care schedules outlined by supervisors.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Support the dining experience, including potential meal assistance.
• Assist with laundry and housekeeping needs as required.
• Document care and daily activities per facility guidelines.
• Communicate resident concerns or changes to supervisor.
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Participate in training sessions and staff meetings.
• Maintain safety practices and proper equipment use.
• Uphold a professional, respectful demeanor with all residents, families, and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of North Carolina.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and assist residents with mobility.
• Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous experience with memory care residents is a plus.
