Autism Center of Excellence (Autism

COE) is seeking a bilingual Spanish–English Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a child in the 27617 area of Raleigh, NC
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys one-on-one work in a home environment and can confidently communicate with families in both Spanish and English.

The position follows a consistent daytime schedule Tuesday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–2:00 PM
.

• Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, 9:30 AM–2:00 PM
• Setting:
  In-home only
• Status: Part-time
• Pay Range: $21–$26/hr (RBT certified)
• Reports To: BCBA

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy inside the family’s home
• Follow individualized treatment and behavior-intervention plans
• Record accurate data using electronic tools
• Support development in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills
• Communicate effectively with the family and supervising BCBA in both English and Spanish
• Maintain professionalism and uphold treatment integrity

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification (required)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience working with children preferred
• Reliable transportation to the 27617 area
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Dependable, professional, and receptive to supervision
