• Provide personalized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and preferences.
• Assess client health and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Adjust techniques during sessions according to client feedback.
• Advise clients on stretching, strengthening, and relaxation methods.
• Recommend future appointments and treatment regimes.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Follow occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Active North Carolina Massage License (LMBT) required.
• Highly motivated with a passion for healing through massage.
• Good communication and client service skills.
• Ability to serve as a brand ambassador for Synergy.
