Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual, family, and group therapy to patients in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and be able to develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.

This position requires strong communication skills, an ability to collaborate with other professionals, and a commitment to providing quality care.

Wesley Behavioral Health Services LLC is a newly behavioral health service in North Carolina ready to meet clients needs. It is the mission of Wesley Behavioral Health Services LLC to provide therapeutic mental health and addiction services to clients exhibiting severe or persistent high-risk behaviors and/or have been diagnosed with a mental disorder. Wesley Behavioral Health Services LLC believes in providing a safe, structured mental health program that is driven by therapeutic services.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients dealing with mental health issues, trauma, or life challenges.
  • Perform clinical assessments to determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs, progress, and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and medical providers, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Facilitate referrals to additional services or resources, as appropriate.
  • Stay current on best practices in therapy, and seek continuing education opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work
  • Licensed issued by NC for LCSW/-A
  • This position is Part-Time, Hybrid, May require some travel in the community based on client needs
  • Comfortable providing both Telehealth and in-person therapy sessions
