Pay Rate: Based on experience and client’s pay source

Caring Hands Home Health Inc, is looking for compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Aides (PCA, CNA, or IHA) to provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients. If you have a passion for helping others and want to make a difference in someone's life, we’d love to hear from you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
• Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
• Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
• Give medication reminders
• Engage patients in exercises or other activities
• Follow individualized care plans and uphold agency policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA, PCA, or In-Home Aide certification (preferred but not required for all cases).
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or healthcare is a plus.
• One-year prior professional experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• A caring and compassionate attitude!
