A leading nonprofit organization in Raleigh, NC, is seeking an Intensive In-Home Mental Health Therapist / Team Lead. This full-time position offers a salary between $55,000 and $68,000, alongside a generous benefits package. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree, required licensure, and experience with youth or families.
Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and in-home mental health services to youth and families.
- Lead and support an intensive in-home therapy team to deliver evidence-based practices.
- Coordinate care and collaborate with families, schools, and community resources.
- Master’s degree in a mental health field.
- Required licensure (as applicable in NC/VA).
- Experience working with youth or families in in-home or community settings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
