Eligible for a performance and compensation review after completing 90 days of active client service. Eligibility is based on successful completion of required training, attendance, reliability, and job performance. The 90-day period begins with the caregiver’s first client shift; time spent employed without working client shifts does not count toward the 90-day period. A review does not guarantee a pay increase.
