We are seeking part‑time and full‑time housekeepers to assist with guest room operations at the Four Points by Sheraton – Raleigh Arena. If you are enthusiastic about cleanliness and committed to delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality, we would love to hear from you.

Base Pay Range

$14.00/hr – $14.00/hr

Job Summary

Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of the hotel and maintaining established quality standards.

Essential Job Functions
  • Obtain room assignments from supervisor
  • Clean rooms according to established procedures
  • Follow correct procedures for entering a guest room
  • Check room for damaged furniture and equipment
  • Restock your cart at the end of each shift and return cart to storage area
  • Maintain a clean and orderly housekeeping cart and storage areas
  • Report all deficiencies and problems in guest rooms to the Maintenance department daily
  • Be alert to all possible hazards and practice safety at all times
  • Adhere to hotel Lost and Found procedures
  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies for all guests and employees
  • Report any unusual occurrences or requests to a supervisor immediately
  • Adhere to proper key control procedures
  • Attend and participate in staff meetings

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required mix communicate, stand for long periods of time, ability to walk, kneel, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Expected Hours of Work

This position requires variable hours based on the respite the hotel including weekends.
