Who

We Need

This position helps create and improve recruiting processes. It will be responsible for hiring within the organization, from entry level positions, and for supporting large scale event staffing.

  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
  • High volume interviewing and onboarding.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards and social media sites.
  • Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Ideal Candidate Skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn applicant‑tracking software or other recruitment systems.
Minimum

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 1 year of experience in recruiting.
Compensation

The base compensation range for the role is: $50,000 - $60,000 based on experience.
