About the role

The Senior Director of Total Rewards is responsible for the strategic design, execution, and evolution of the organization’s Total Rewards programs. This leader oversees all aspects of compensation and benefits, ensuring offerings are competitive, equitable, and aligned with both business priorities and the needs of our current and future workforce. Scope includes base pay, incentive and bonus programs, equity-based compensation, and a comprehensive portfolio of benefits and wellness programs.

This role is critical to shaping data-driven Total Rewards strategy and delivering thoughtful, market‑competitive programs that support talent attraction, retention, and performance. • Partner closely with Finance (FP&A), Talent, Operations, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance on offers (including executive hires), promotions, retention, internal mobility, and workforce planning.
  • Establish and enforce governance, repeatable practices, and policies that ensure fair, equitable, compliant, and consistent pay decisions across the organization.
  • Lead compensation analytics and market analyses using internal and external data to assess competitiveness, pay parity, and program effectiveness; identify issues and recommend data‑driven solutions.
  • Manage and optimize compensation systems, tools, and platforms to support scalable and efficient Total Rewards processes.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external consultants, benefits brokers, and third‑party vendors to enhance program design and execution.
