Overview
Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Department
Full‑time position located in multiple U.S. cities (Tucson, Lansing, Tallahassee, Raleigh, Fort Worth). The role engages active and passive candidates for full and part‑time positions, collaborates with hiring managers, conducts interviews, guides the hiring process, and ensures smooth transition from application to hire.
Responsibilities- Drive the candidate management process with the hiring manager, solidifying offer process and candidate acceptance.
- Source prospective candidates using proprietary database systems, job boards, and community‑based organizations.
- Determine job specifications, qualifications, and skill profile.
- Review resumes for appropriate skill sets and qualify candidates; clearly communicate expectations of the position to the candidate.
- Conduct behavior‑based pre‑screen interviews via telephone daily; evaluate candidates against job requirements, engage candidate, and present qualified candidates to the hiring manager.
- Manage the hiring process for selected candidates, including arranging interviews, debriefing, generating offer letters, and partnering for onboarding.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web browsers.
