Recruiter I – Millennium Print Group

Join Millennium Print Group (MPG), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, to support full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and entry‑level roles across departments such as Quality, Pressroom, and Maintenance. This role partners closely with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience, support temporary‑to‑hire conversions, and help meet recruiting KPIs in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. The position is located in Raleigh, NC (10900 World Trade Blvd) and requires a full‑time, onsite schedule.

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for S1–S5 roles
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role needs and timelines
• Manage job postings through the ATS and external job boards
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, debriefs, and hiring meetings
• Maintain accurate requisition and candidate records in the ATS
• Support hiring managers with pipeline updates, offer coordination, and compensation guidance
• Oversee temporary‑to‑hire conversions and onboarding coordination
• Conduct 30‑day new hire check‑ins to support early retention
• Track and support recruiting KPIs including time‑to‑fill and offer acceptance rates
• Maintain recruiting documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing coordination, or customer service
• Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); manufacturing recruiting exposure is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
• Knowledge of hiring compliance and best practices
