As a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing payroll processes for thousands of employees, gaining valuable experience with payroll systems and federal compliance. • Assist with weekly payroll processing for 3,600 employees using Paychex Flex
• Support payroll processing for an additional 400 employees in a second legal entity
• Generate various payroll reports and assist employees with Paychex Flex account access
• Manage new hire onboarding data and pay card assignments
• Assist with unemployment claims and respond to payroll-related inquiries

• Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for payroll documentation
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee records

• Associate degree or higher
• 1-3 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with Paychex Flex
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual Spanish fluency is a plus

• On-site position in a quiet office setting
• Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts with occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Comfortable physical requirements including computer use and phone communication
