In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruitment for field-based Medical Affairs positions, with a primary focus on Medical Science Liaison (MSL) hiring. You will develop and execute recruiting strategies, manage multiple requisitions, and help ensure a consistently strong candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruitment for field-based Medical Affairs roles, including MSLs, Senior MSLs, and MSL Managers
. - Run intake meetings to clarify hiring needs, candidate profiles, and relevant market dynamics.
- Build proactive sourcing plans using Linked In Recruiter
, ATS databases
, networking, referrals, and industry events. - Develop and maintain talent pipelines across multiple therapeutic areas for scientific and medical candidates.
- Screen and assess candidates for scientific expertise, communication skills, field medical experience, and organizational fit.
- Coordinate candidate screening and interviews, and manage relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Partner with hiring leaders to deliver market intelligence
, talent mapping
, and competitive insights. - Maintain accurate recruiting activity in the ATS and ensure hiring process compliance and required documentation.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience across every stage of the recruiting process.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting MSLs or other field-based Medical Affairs professionals.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or healthcare environments.
- Strong sourcing and talent identification skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple searches at once while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative skills.
USD 35 - 40 per hour
