** Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Human Resources Intern on our People & Culture (P&C) team in Raleigh, NC.

Role Overview
** The People & Culture (P&C) Intern will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources, providing a comprehensive understanding of how People & Culture supports both employees and the business. Through a structured rotation, the intern will work alongside teams in P&C Business Partners, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations, gaining exposure to a wide range of HR practices and initiatives.

** Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*** Rotate through multiple People & Culture functions, including Employee Relations, P&C Business Partnering, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Benefits, and Compensation.
* Assist with projects and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
* Conduct research and analyze People & Culture data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
* Assist with the development of employee communications, presentations, training materials, and HR resources.
* Observe and participate in employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness.
* Attend meetings, workshops, and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to strategic People & Culture initiatives.
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, programs, benefits, and other People & Culture-related matters.
