Please consider joining our corporate team as a Lead Compenastion Partner!

What You Will Do

  • Provide analytical and consultative support for total rewards strategy, partnering with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices.
  • Support design and administration of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentive, and LTIP; assist with budgeting, communications, and Compensation Committee materials.
  • Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, promotion, incentives); support planning, modeling, budget analysis, communications, and execution with HR and business leaders.
  • Administer equity compensation programs, including RSU awards, vesting, cancellations, and terminations; coordinate tracking and reporting with payroll, finance, legal, and vendors.

  • Solve highly complex and uniquely challenging problems by thoroughly evaluating alternatives and variables, continuously driving improvements to policies and procedures.
  • Work independently toward long‑range goals and objectives, self‑initiating assignments with sound judgment and discretion — while also mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.
