Senior Business Analyst (Loans)

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in the banking domain, ideally with a focus on digital lending and customer onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring a well‑rounded background in Agile delivery, including experience as a Product Manager, Tester, and Scrum Master, and will collaborate closely with senior product managers to define and deliver user‑centric solutions.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories for digital lending and onboarding applications.
• Partner with Senior Product Managers to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Participate in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and user expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.

• Proven experience as a BSA in the banking or financial services industry.
• Hands‑on experience with digital lending platforms and customer onboarding solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Product Managers and other stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management platforms.
