Opportunity

As a Service Now Senior Consultant, you’ll lead Service Now Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This client‑visible role offers opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, establish and maintain new client relationships, and grow your consulting and team leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
  • Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
  • Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
  • Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
  • Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now ITOM/CMDB process implementations.
  • Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.
  • Analyze a company’s people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading‑practice recommendations, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
  • Support waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
  • Travel as required to meet with clients.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Act as a workstream lead across all aspects of a Service Now ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery.
  • Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 3‑5 resources.
  • Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for Service Now ITOM/CMDB process implementations.
  • Analyze the connectivity of the CMDB and ITOM to ITSM processes.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
  • Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.
To Qualify for the Role
  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering, or similar discipline.
  • Typically 2‑4 years of relevant Service Now ITOM/CMDB project experience.
  • Service Now Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Minimum of 2 of the following Service Now certifications:
    Data Foundations, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping.
  • 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
  • Excellent soft skills: communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others.
  • Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HAM, or SAM.
  • Performance analytics and reporting experience (certifications are a plus).
  • Experience in Service Now’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

  • A comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. Base salary ranges: U.S. $102,500–$187,900; NYC Metro, Washington State, California (excluding Sacramento) $122,900–$213,400.
