Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the Product Manager’s role is to define where our Industrial AI platform needs to go by creating a roadmap about what needs to get built and communicating those needs to our engineering team. The Product Manager will be responsible for full life‑cycle product management and overall positioning of the platform for commercial success, including supporting the sales and marketing teams.

an Impact!
  • Support Canvass AI’s overall growth strategy by creating the future direction for our Industrial AI platform, including plans, tangible visions, and roadmaps. Additional responsibility includes ensuring full adoption and usage of the Canvass platform after purchase.
  • Lead the development of future releases by working with product designers and software engineers. Define specifications of new capabilities, ensure they are communicated and understood, and guide the software development process.
  • Become an internal expert on the Canvass AI platform. Provide training and information on product positioning, how to demo the product, and share its application and use in industry in easy‑to‑understand terms.
Have What It Takes?
  • 3‑5 years of work experience in an industrial engineering setting, preferably process industries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technology field.
  • Deep knowledge of Operational Technology (plant‑floor systems and technology).
  • Experience working with industrial data (e.g., OSIsoft PI System, Aspen Tech IP.21).
  • Experience with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
  • Ability to identify customer/user problems and define software solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work with customers, developers and internal stakeholders.
  • A curious nature and love to experiment.
  • Collaboration skills and awareness that success as a product manager requires teamwork.
