Cloud Devops Engineer

Piper Companies is seeking a Cloud Dev Ops Engineer with strong AWS experience to join a growing team focused on building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure. The ideal Cloud Dev Ops Engineer candidate will have hands‑on experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies, ensuring high availability and security across cloud environments.

• Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize cloud‑based solutions.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards within AWS environments.

• 3+ years of experience in Cloud/Dev Ops engineering with a focus on AWS.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM).
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, AWS Code Pipeline).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Cloud Watch, Prometheus, Grafana).

• $120,000 – $155,000 annually with a comprehensive benefit
