Senior Open Shift Platform Consultant (1099 / C2C, Remote)
Kelaca is seeking a Senior Open Shift Platform Consultant to support Red Hat–led consulting engagements delivering production‑grade Open Shift platforms for enterprise customers. This is a hands‑on implementation role focused on building secure, stable, and supportable Open Shift clusters across bare metal, cloud, and hybrid environments.
You will join established delivery teams with defined scope, timelines, and architecture, owning execution and delivery from day one.
What you’ll doDesign and deploy Red Hat Open Shift clusters in production environments
Implement IPI and UPI installation patterns
Configure networking, storage, ingress, authentication, and identity integration
Automate cluster lifecycle operations including upgrades and patching
Integrate Open Shift with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise services
Document platforms and enable customer teams through knowledge transfer
Senior‑level Open Shift delivery experience in production
Strong Linux and Kubernetes platform engineering background
Experience with Git Ops tooling (Argo CD or Open Shift Git Ops)
Experience running Open Shift on bare metal and public cloud platforms (ROSA, ARO, GCP)
Comfortable working in a project‑based consulting model
