AboutThe Role

Responsibilities And Impact- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and fault‑tolerant AWS cloud‑based Dev Ops solutions using Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation, and AWS CLI, directly impacting the reliability and performance of business‑critical applications.
- Collaborate with global development teams to design and implement best‑practice cloud‑native solutions, gaining exposure to innovative technologies.
- Lead the configuration and management of AWS environments, focusing on automation and containerization with AWS ECS/Fargate, Docker, and integration with CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub/Git Lab/Team City.
- Contribute to application architecture and design, leveraging AWS services (ECS, ECR, S3, Cloud Front, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, RDS, Cloud Watch) and infrastructure‑as‑code practices.
- Utilize Agentic AI and AIOps tools for predictive monitoring, anomaly detection, automated remediation, and AI‑driven incident management.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement, mentoring peers and fostering cooperation in an Agile environment.

This role is US‑only. Base salary range: $85,000 – $120,000, plus an annual incentive plan. Additional benefits include standard S P Global programs (health, wellness, flexible downtime, continuous learning, retirement planning, etc.).
What We’re Looking For BasicRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years managing AWS application environments and deployments.
- Strong proficiency in infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform, Cloud Formation), automation, CI/CD, container platforms, and familiarity with Agentic AI and AIOps.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, load balancers, DNS, and cloud operational tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and passion for tackling challenging issues.
- Collaborative mindset in Agile, global environments.
- Commitment to continuous learning and best‑practice adoption.
Hybrid: office in Raleigh, NC or New York, NY.
