• The Communications Specialist will manage the creation and sending of client communications.
• Assist with documentation management within a Government SharePoint instance.
• Manage the client communication process for high-priority incidents, new initiatives, and business changes.
• Manage and organize content within SharePoint; curate content for sharing with clients and potential clients.
• Write technical content for internal and external sharing.
• Perform tasks independently once trained.

• Attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Teams, SharePoint, and technical writing skills.

• Good communication skills.

The typical base pay across the U.S. is $50.00 per hour. Final offers depend on skills, education, experience, and benefits selected. Benefits may include health coverage, paid time off, 401(k), commuter benefits, and insurance options.
