UBS Business Solutions US LLC is seeking an Authorized Officer, Tech Support Analyst in Morrisville, NC. Are you an innovative thinker? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure? Do you enjoy delivering enhanced change capabilities across a range of business functions? We’re looking for an Authorized Officer, Tech Support Analyst to:

• Translate complex business requirements into feasible and secure technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders. Leverage a wide range of authentication tools, platforms (such as Azure Cloud and LDAP), and technologies to ensure operational stability, process improvements, and secure service delivery.
• Provide global support and subject matter expertise for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services within a mission‑critical and highly automated infrastructure environment. Support critical infrastructure and security production infrastructure using follow‑the‑sun model to ensure 24‑by‑7 service availability.
• Plan, functionally manage, and execute maintenance activities, including third‑party software updates, patching, Business Continuity Management (BCM) planning.
• Configure and functionally manage load balancers, GTMs and LTMs for data‑center isolation events. Leverage automation and development tools to enhance operational efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
• Perform software upgrades, risk and security self‑assessments across critical infrastructure and security platforms.

You’ll be working in the Tech Support team in Morrisville, NC.

Education & Experience Requirement

This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or as a Solution Analyst, Site Reliability Engineer, Dev Ops Engineer, or related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• Web‑based technologies including multi‑tier applications and security standards; HTTP; REST or SOAP
• Cookie handling; modern authentication technologies including OAuth2 and OIDC
• Cloud‑based environments including Microsoft Azure and Azure AD; ITIL incident and problem management
• Disaster recovery methodologies; business continuity principles; GIT and CICD pipelines
• Creating, configuring, and maintaining infrastructures; creating IAM policies; bug and issue tracking tools
