Overview: Join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role focuses on leading Agile teams and championing Agile methodologies within a large mainframe-based team in the Consumer and Small Business Banking department. The Scrum Master will have strategic leadership across projects, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and adapting to dynamic environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Key contributor to initiative success.
- May be called upon to troubleshoot, solve, or consult on highly technical, complex problems, recommending appropriate actions.
- Navigate the organization to manage dependencies and remove impediments.
- Ensure Truist SDLC is appropriately followed.
- Work under minimal supervision.
- Provide input to initiative‑related decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex problems and recommend appropriate actions.
- Assist with the transfer of knowledge of Agile skills.
- Bachelor’s degree and related training or experience, including experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Seven+ years of professional experience, with two+ years working on or with Agile teams and three+ years in a delivery role.
- Working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Detailed knowledge of several IT and non‑IT/Agile skills and tools and their application.
- College degree in Computer Science, Math or related field.
- Subject‑matter expertise in a specific segment/LOB/function, such as a Technical SME.
- Experience in the banking industry.
- SAFe certification (a plus).
- MBA (a plus).
- Occasional travel required.
