Job Summary Desktop Support — Raleigh, NC – Local
- Provide advanced level desktop and service desk support for end-users in a multi-site, multi-domain environment.
- Administer and manage user accounts in Microsoft Active Directory (2008/2012), including security and access controls.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in account management and enterprise-level support, utilizing specialized knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across a range of hardware and software platforms, both routine and complex.
- Consult and collaborate with clients and IT professionals to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
- Analyze and utilize technical and user documentation for troubleshooting and support purposes.
- Apply comprehensive technical knowledge of security measures and IT best practices.
- Use Service Now call tracking system for incident and request management.
- Demonstrate proactive, client-focused communication and establish positive working relationships.
- Leverage prior State agency experience to address unique requirements and organizational standards.
