Engineer, Data Engineer

Join the Tata Consultancy Services team as a Qlik Data Engineer/Developer.

We are looking for a professional with 3–7 years of experience focusing on the design, development, and maintenance of robust automated data pipelines using Qlik's suite of tools (Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, Qlik Sense, Qlik Automate). This role requires strong data engineering skills, Qlik platform expertise, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable data integration and ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real‑time processing.
• Utilize Qlik data integration tools to ingest data from multiple sources into target data warehouses or lakes.
• Implement snowflake‑schema data models using the Qlik associative data model.
• Automate data ingestion, application reloads, and administrative tasks using Qlik Automate or scripting.
• Monitor and optimize data integration processes and Qlik applications for performance.
• Implement data quality frameworks, including validation, monitoring, and alerting.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues; provide ongoing support.
• Document data pipelines, schemas, and business logic.
• Implement data security measures and ensure compliance with governance policies.
• Manage the data lifecycle, including archival, retention, and deletion policies.

• 3–7 years of experience with Qlik platforms (Qlik Sense, Qlik View, Qlik Data Integration suite).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with AWS and Snowflake.
• Experience with scripting (Python) for automation is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Salary Range: $100,000–$110,000 per year.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Computer Science.
