JOB Description:

SAP IT Project Manager with seasoned experience in SAP S4 HANA Implementation and SAP OTC knowledge. Strong project management skills are essential.
Life Science Domain is a plus.

Should possess excellent communication skills. PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities:

Understand the overall program and create a project plan around the SAP implementation project.

Liaise with business to plan the strategy for the program.

Manage project deliverables based on the project delivery framework (Unity).

Manage procurement processes (contracts, purchasing, and invoices).

Manage project risks, issues, actions, and decisions (RAID log).

Coordinate and manage cutover activities during deployment.

Communicate project statuses on a weekly basis.

Monitor project progress and implement changes where necessary.

Facilitate project meetings and send out meeting minutes.

Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Compile project reports and inform management regarding problems/issues in a timely manner.

Ensure project compliance with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.

Manage daily stand-up meetings and prepare materials for OSC (Operating Steering Committee) / ESC (Executive Steering Committee).

Additional Responsibilities:

Coordinate with on-site engineers and attend customer calls.

Raise risks, issues, and escalations to senior management and customers.

Create all quality documents, collect metrics data, and conduct audits.

Perform value creation and KM activities.

Create project plans and keep track of the schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards.

Ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions, and review technical documents.
