We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to support automation testing for a custom nCino application built on Salesforce within the Commercial Lending Technology group of a leading financial institution. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Accel

Q, a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, and the ability to design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for end‑to‑end business workflows.

• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts in Accel
  
  Q for Salesforce and nCino applications.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA leads to identify test scenarios and automation opportunities.
• Execute automated and manual test cases, track defects, and validate fixes.
• Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines for continuous testing.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to test planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Ensure test data management, version control, and documentation are maintained to enterprise standards.

• Proven experience with Accel
  
  Q automation tool (designing and executing tests).
• Solid understanding of Salesforce testing concepts, especially for nCino or other managed packages.
• Strong knowledge of UI and API testing , data validation, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments and CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Azure Dev Ops).
• Experience with commercial lending workflows or banking systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

• Accel
  
  Q certification or hands‑on automation framework setup experience.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder familiarity.
• Exposure to SQL and test data setup for Salesforce environments.
