At least 4 years of prior IT support experience is required. You must be able to lift/install computers and monitors, and drive to client offices in our service region.

• Answer end‑user computer and networking questions
• Work with our Remote Monitoring and Management software
• Update and configure firewalls
• Roll out multifactor authentication (MFA)
• Investigate endpoint detection and response (EDR) alerts
• Configure and migrate M365

You’re detail‑oriented, a people person, and not shy about digging into some troubleshooting. We would like to hear from you if you have a background in PC support, networking, and helping office workers with technology.

This is an in‑office and client onsite position in the Raleigh‑Durham, NC area. You will be working out of our office or onsite at clients in our service area.
