• Develop Data Migration pipelines and Archive System
• Providing technical support for the application and infrastructure
• Providing expertise and guidance for technical needs
• Be able to independently learn, analyze and resolve issues.
• Providing technical input as needed to the IT Manager
• Reporting statuses to the IT Manager
• Adhering to NCDHHS policies and procedures.

• Ability to provide technical assistance and communicate with multiple teams to get the tasks done
• Experience with Java and SQL
• Subject matter expertise to Linux O/S and Windows.
• Experience with relational databases
• Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups
• Ability to work well with the team
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self‑starter

• Experience with Intersystems Cache Database and ETL for data archive processes. Required 5 Years
• Experience with Websphere Application Server. Required 5 Years
• SDLC Processes. Required 5 Years
• Ability to understand technical architecture and be able to work with infrastructure teams. Required 5 Years
• Ability to provide technical assistance and communicate with multiple teams to get the tasks done. Required 5 Years
• Development and support of technical solutions for supporting business processes, strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self‑starter. Required 5 Years
• Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups. Required 5 Years
• Experience with Java, HTML, HTTP, XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI. Highly desired 6 Years
• Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development. Highly desired 5 Years
• Experience with Web Services, Linux and Windows Operating Systems. Desired 6 Years
• FTP/SFTP/FTPS. Desired 5 Years
