Infosys is seeking a Scrum Master.

This position’s primary responsibility will be to work with key stakeholders and coordinate day‑to‑day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will work with business and help them prioritize the roadmap along with Product Owner to increase Agility. The role holder should help teams to practice values and principles of Agile and become more Agile. He/She will need to effectively facilitate all Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Sprint Review/Demo, and Retrospective meetings.

The role holder will need to perform retrospectives in different ways to identify areas of improvement. Scrum Master needs to be involved in resolving team conflicts and must have good communication skills. He/She must be actively involved in technical matters, identifying gaps and ensuring product owner involvement in business decisions and describing functional flow.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience may be considered in lieu of an equivalent amount of education.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC and be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience as Scrum Master.
• CSM or equivalent certification.

• At least 4 years of overall experience in the information technology space.
• Experience in sprint planning, daily stand up, demos and retrospective.
• Experience with agile principles.
• Experience working with 2 scrum teams at the same time.
• Provided effective leadership and familiarity with scaled agile framework and program increment planning.
• Experience mentoring other members on agile principles and scrum practices.
• Proficiency in story writing and multiple prioritization techniques.
• Experience working with stakeholders on release planning, product roadmap and prioritization.
• Proficient in JIRA agile story management tool.
• Experience in PL/SQL, CI/CD process, sanity testing, automation testing concepts.
• Experience in banking domain.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
