Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Develop Data Migration pipelines and Archive System
- Providing technical support for the application and infrastructure
- Providing expertise and guidance for technical needs
- Be able to independently learn, analyze and resolve issues.
- Providing technical input as needed to the IT Manager
- Reporting statuses to the IT Manager
- Adhering to NCDHHS policies and procedures.
- Experience with Java and SQL
- Subject matter expertise to Linux O/S and Windows.
- Experience with relational databases
- Ability to convey clearly verbal or written information to individuals or groups
- Ability to work well with the team
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self-starter
- Experience with Intersystems Cache Database and ETL for data archive processes.
- Experience with Websphere Application Server
- SDLC Processes
- Ability to understand technical architecture and be able to work with infrastructure teams
- Development and support of technical solutions for supporting business processes, strong problem solving and analytical skills and a self-starter
- Experience with Java, HMTL, HTTP, XML, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI
- Experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) development
- Experience with Web Services, Linux and Windows Operating Systems
- FTP/SFTP/FTPS
