Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst - lending to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst - lending, you will be part of the Credit Union support team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay Range:$60
What's the Job?- Elicit and analyze complex business requirements related to lending and loan origination systems.
- Design and produce detailed technical documentation, including workflows, specifications, and system data analysis.
- Identify system and organizational impacts by understanding backend credit union systems.
- Partner with Technology and QA teams throughout project life cycles to ensure solutions meet business needs and mitigate risks.
- Provide strategic insights to senior management on system performance and recommend improvements.
- 2-5 years of experience in business systems analysis within financial or credit union sectors.
- Experience working with Lending/Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and APIs is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to define and resolve complex business problems with technical solutions from conception to implementation.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience partnering with third-party vendors and working within an Agile product development lifecycle.
