** As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with other data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work on AI and machine learning model development. You'll analyze extensive datasets and conduct experimentations to support product development.

**** Responsibilities:
*** Working closely with other data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
* Contributing to the development of advanced AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
* Analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that can inform AI development.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
* Evaluating and creating new frameworks and defining methodologies and governance.
* Working with product leaders to apply data science solutions.
** Requirements:
*** Bachelor's / Master's degree plus 3+ years of work-related experience OR PhD with 2+ years of work-related experience.
* Have experience working directly with large language models and transformer-based architectures including BERT, RoBERTa, T5 etc.
* Proficient working with big data technologies and tools like Databricks and AWS.
* Have experience and knowledge of applying LLMs including from OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.
* Be a natural problem solver and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrate proficient experience with machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, gradient boosting, and random forests.
* Possess programming skills in Python or other relevant languages for AI.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $86,600 - $144,400. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
