• Develop Data Migration pipelines and an archive system.
• Provide technical support for the application and infrastructure.
• Offer expertise and guidance for technical needs.
• Independently learn, analyze and resolve issues.
• Provide technical input to the IT Manager.
• Report statuses to the IT Manager.
• Adhere to NCDHHS policies and procedures.

• Technical assistance and communication with multiple teams to complete tasks.
• Experience with Java and SQL.
• Subject matter expertise in Linux O/S and Windows.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Clear verbal or written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills; self‑starter.
