Job DescriptionWe're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Sales and Marketing team in customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative and analytical individual who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast‑paced SaaS environment. You'll lead and support various marketing efforts from content creation and lead generation to campaign execution and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement
- Develop and manage demand generation campaigns targeted at specific regions (US, Europe, LATAM)
- Help manage paid media and SEO/SEM initiatives, including keyword analysis and ad optimization
Content & Communication
- Write and design marketing content including blogs, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies
- Assist in website content development and updates (Word Press proficiency required)
- Create social media content calendars and execute campaigns to increase brand visibility
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing ROI
Support & Collaboration
- Support general marketing operations and administrative tasks
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency in Word Press, Google Analytics, and basic SEO tools
- Experience managing social media for business (Linked In, Facebook, Twitter)
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe suite, or similar)
- Ability to work remotely and overlap 3-4 hours/day with US Pacific time zone
