Position Overview

We are seeking a Part‑Time Trainer to deliver end‑user training on Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Teams in alignment with business objectives. The role involves conducting interactive sessions, assisting in the development of training materials, and ensuring users gain practical skills to leverage these tools effectively. Training content will generally be provided, but the trainer will contribute to refining and customizing materials as needed.

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions on Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft Teams to end users.
• Assist in the development and customization of training materials to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with senior trainers, project managers, or system integrators to ensure training aligns with project goals.
• Provide feedback on training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Support users during and after training sessions with practical guidance and troubleshooting.

• Proven experience in delivering IT or software training, preferably on Microsoft 365 tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Copilot features and use cases.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training style to different audiences and skill levels.
• Comfortable working under direction and as part of a project team.

• Hybrid position:
  Training sessions will be conducted onsite (approx. 2‑5 times per month, depending on demand).
• Preparation and material development can be done remotely.
• Flexible scheduling based on training requests.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) are a plus.
• Experience with creating user‑friendly training documentation and guides.

Part‑Time – Contract or hourly basis (to be agreed upon).
