Required

Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst with a strong focus on Mainframe. Hogan Deposits experience or similar Core banking applications from Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry or Systematic. Experience with Hogan related applications, e.g. CIS/RPM/DDA preferred. Development and execution of test cases. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with ALM, Jira, SharePoint, SQL Queries. Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support.

Job Description:

Role performs needs assessments to determine business requirements and implement functional specifications to assigned systems. Ensures that developed solutions support Bank objectives through reporting and analysis activities. May involve elements of system testing or development. May occasionally guide less experienced analysts in the work group.

• Identifying Requirements:
  Work closely with business and technology teams to define project scope and objectives. Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Ensures compliance through monitoring and analysis. Schedule and facilitate portfolio review, requirements review, design review, and project status meetings with stakeholders, management, project, and technical teams. Develop and maintain meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and issues and action item logs.
  
  Work with other systems analysts to develop test and execute test cases to ensure requirements are met.
• Collaboration:
  
  Schedule and facilitate portfolio review, requirements review, design review, and project status meetings with stakeholders, management, project, and technical teams. Develop and maintain meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and issues and action item logs. Maintain excellent working relationships with internal business and technology partners, management, and vendors.
• Data Analysis:
  Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
• System Support:
  Provides daily technical support for systems by responding to inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements. May serve as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units. Create, execute, and manage development test plans and scripts and provide user acceptance and quality assurance test support.
• Reporting:
  Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, discrepancies, and areas of improvement.
• Documentation:
  Elicit, develop, and manage business and functional requirements documents, which includes performing gap analysis, developing process flows and screen and report prototypes.
