Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and experienced in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, and web platforms.

+ Manage and optimize SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to increase traffic and conversions.

+ Create and manage engaging digital content across websites, email campaigns, and social media.

+ Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and provide actionable insights.

+ Support marketing automation, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

Requirements

+ 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

+

Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and paid social media platforms.

+ Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing reporting tools.

+ Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or Mailchimp.

+

Experience with content management systems such as Word Press.

+ Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
