Finance & Accounting Rep, Bilingual

Overview

The Finance & Accounting Rep, Bilingual is responsible for specialized collections, claims processing, and/or account follow-up activity for accounts generated at all locations throughout the hospital system and by the Wake Med Physician Practices. Collaborates with the Billing and Posting departments to ensure appropriate management of patient accounts. This position requires an individual that is fluent, both orally and in the written form, in English and Spanish.

Performs all duties in English or Spanish, as required by the clients and departmental needs. Performs simple translation tasks, and may require language interpretation at the basic or intermediate level.
