As the firm grows, we seek an Attorney who is passionate about estate planning and probate. Ideal candidates have at least four years of experience in trusts and estates law and a strong commitment to this practice area, along with a mindset focused on meaningful work, growth, and following established firm processes in a collaborative, team-focused environment.

• Represent clients in estate, charitable, business succession, and estate/gift tax planning matters
• Support fiduciaries in trust, estate, and probate administration
• Assist with ongoing development of firm processes and best practices
• Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners
• Contribute to business development efforts as part of the team

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
• 4+ years experience in estate planning and probate
• High attention to detail and solid organizational habits
• Clear and professional communication skills—written and verbal
• A collaborative, client-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Comfort working in a structured and process-driven environment

Salary starts at $140,000+, commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities are available and tied to both origination and production.
