About Us

Brown Immigration Law is a national immigration practice devoted entirely and exclusively to the practice of U.S. immigration law. Your Mission

Get ready to work directly with clients from all walks of life helping individuals, families, and businesses navigate their immigration journeys. You’ll play a vital role in processing visas, handling green card filings, guiding individuals through the naturalization process, and representing clients in immigration court. You will have the opportunity to work directly with employers, large and small, as well as families, and individuals.

Interested in litigation? You will have the opportunity to challenge the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and practice before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals, through oral arguments, brief writing and trials. You’ll team up with our skilled Partners, Lead Attorneys, and support staff to transform lives by helping clients gain citizenship, reunite with their families, or avoid deportation.

The Essentials
  • JD Degree from an accredited law school (or equivalent).
  • Bar Licensure allowing the practice of law in any state.

Spanish or other foreign language skills? Not a requirement, but certainly a big plus! We have a huge and diverse clientele that speak any number of languages, including Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Creole, among others. The ability to speak with a client in their own language is a significant benefit but is certainly not mandatory.
