Brown Immigration Law is a national immigration practice devoted entirely and exclusively to the practice of U.S. immigration law. We are dedicated, driven and passionate about our practice and pride ourselves on practicing in all areas of U.S. immigration law, with our work range including our employment, family and litigation groups. We started with a single office over two decades ago and now have five offices nationwide, including two in Florida (Orlando and Tampa), two in Ohio (Cleveland and Columbus) and one in North Carolina (Raleigh‑Durham).
Our attorneys are diverse, experienced and extremely collaborative between offices, which makes us a unique firm that prides itself on finding solutions and achieving results for our clients. Our Columbus office is located near Upper Arlington and features a multilingual staff interested in creativity, achievement and ensuring successful outcomes for our clientele.

You’ll play a vital role in processing visas, handling green card filings, guiding individuals through the naturalization process, and representing clients in immigration court. You will have the opportunity to work directly with employers, large and small, as well as families, and individuals.
Interested in litigation? You will have the opportunity to challenge the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and practice before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the Board of Immigration Appeals, through oral arguments, brief writing and trials.
